01. Turnaround Time:

For reviews, the current turnaround is approximately 3-5 days from payment and receipt of necessary documents. For edits, the current turnaround is approximately 1-2 weeks from payment and receipt of necessary documents. For the edit bundle, the profile review will be sent along with the resume and cover letter. Please note that we prioritize delivering high-quality services, and some delays may occur to ensure accuracy and excellence.

02. Review and Edit Process:

Our reviews and edits are not live or collaborative processes. There will be no phone calls or video chats during the service provision.

03. Completion of Service:

If you request a review, the process is considered complete when the review is sent back to you, and the product is final. Similarly, if you request an edit, the process is complete when the resume or cover letter is sent back to you, and the product is final. For the editing service, there are no multiple drafts or revisions as the finished product represents our expert opinion of a successful resume tailored to you.

04. Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Once payment is submitted, Intellique Career Consulting is not obligated to refund services in case of a new job offer, change of mind, or any other circumstances. Our availability is limited, and purchasing a service reserves a spot that could have been used by another customer. If you change your mind and wish to gift the service to someone else, please inform us accordingly.

05. Submission of Documents:

We kindly request that you are fully prepared to submit your documents at the time of purchase. If you are not ready to submit, we advise refraining from purchasing services until you are fully prepared. Delayed document submissions may impact our schedule and deprive others of the opportunity to avail themselves of our services. Failure to email your documents within 7 days of purchase will result in your service being donated to someone in need.

06. Responsibility for Documents:

You are solely responsible for proofreading, finalizing, and verifying the accuracy of your documents before using them for job applications or networking purposes. You are not obligated to implement any advice, suggestions, or documents provided by Intellique Career Consulting, and you do so at your own discretion.

07. No Guaranteed Success:

Intellique Career Consulting does not guarantee success in job searches, as hiring is influenced by multiple variables, including timing, location, industry, and experience level. Our service offers the opinion of our Career Coach on what would be best for your specific job search. There is no one “right” or “wrong” way to construct a resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile. While we aim for positive outcomes for all our clients, it is important to acknowledge that securing a job is subjective and not guaranteed.

08. Liability:

Intellique Career Consulting is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the advice, suggestions, or documents provided. The buyer assumes all responsibility and uses the provided advice, suggestions, and documents at their own discretion and risk.
